While working toward his Eagle Project Certification, Richmond Kickers U19 player, Eric Kalata, hosted a clothing and equipment drive at the Kickers Mega Blast Tournament last fall.
Together with members of Boy Scout Troop 2860, Eric was able to fulfill his goal of outfitting two soccer teams at a Brazilian orphanage with gently used MYSL uniforms, balls and equipment.
Additionally, nTelos Wireless, the Official Wireless Provider of the Richmond Kickers, provided 23 draw string bags to distribute the uniforms to the children.
