TICKET DISCLAIMER
I, the season ticket member (the “STM”) agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) including assuming all liability and danger incidental to the game of soccer whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game. 22 Holdings, LLC d/b/a Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer (“The Club”) may update the terms of the Agreement at any time, without notice, and STM’S use of this ticket after such change is posted will mean that STM accepts such change(s). STM is solely responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using this ticket.
STM, on their own behalf and on behalf of any Accompanying Parties (as defined at the conclusion of this paragraph), (a) consents to security searches, screenings and/or inspection of STM’s and/or any Accompanying Parties’ person, bags, clothing, or other articles for security purposes, whether by walk-through metal detection, handheld metal detection, bag checks or otherwise; and (b) acknowledges and agrees to comply with (i) all relevant policies and protocols issued by the Club and/or the Host Venue owner/operator, including, without limitation, any policies and protocols regarding security, bags, fan conduct and health and safety. An “Accompanying Party” is any accompanying party for whom STM retains a ticket to attend the Event with STM (each of whom STM represents have authorized STM to act on their behalf in accepting the applicable Agreement terms) (collectively, the “Accompanying Parties”). STM recognizes that The Club and City Stadium will be a cashless facility and maintain a strict CLEAR BAG POLICY. SEASON TICKET TERMS
The STM understands that your purchase of Season Ticket(s) will automatically renew every year under the terms, and subject to the conditions, described below. STM’s expressly authorize and agree to the initial and continued payments for the purchase price of such season ticket in accordance with their selected payment plan for the current season and for each subsequent season, until such time as they choose to opt-out of the season ticket member program as provided herein. STM’s may elect to pay the purchase price of their Season Ticket(s) for the following Season in full at the time of initiating the purchase. Alternatively, STM’s may elect to purchase their Season Ticket(s) in two or three equal installments leading up to the following season. A credit card, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa (each a “Credit Card”), is required for each STM’s Account.
REVOCABLE LICENSE
The Club owns and controls all rights to Season Tickets and seat locations for home games at City Stadium (the “Stadium”). A STM, in the form of the Season Ticket(s), to use the seat location at the Stadium designated by the Season Ticket(s) for viewing such home games. The Club, in its sole and absolute discretion, may revoke such license at any time for any reason, with or without providing a refund. This license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to Season Tickets as established from time to time by the Club, the owner of the Stadium, and the USL. Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement or other applicable ticket policies shall entitle The Club to exercise all available legal rights and remedies, including, but not limited to, revocation or cancellation of the license evidenced by your Season Ticket(s).
PAYMENT PLAN
STMs may pay the purchase price of their Season Ticket(s) for the following Season through SeatGeek’s payment plan feature. By using this feature the STM agrees to all terms and conditions set by SeatGeek. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the “Automatic Ticket Renewal” section below, the Season Ticket purchase automatically will renew under an installment payment plan specified by the previous year. If a Season Ticket Member wishes to pay for their Season Ticket(s) for any subsequent Season by payment in full, such STM must contact The Club’s Ticketing Department prior to the renewal deadline of the year immediately preceding the initiation of such subsequent Season.
SEASON TICKET BENEFITS
In addition to the Season Ticket(s), The Club may provide certain benefits to STMs in The Club’s sole and absolute discretion. These benefits may include a merchandise discount, parking access, and other benefits at the Stadium. Season Ticket Member Benefits will be communicated to STMs in advance of each Season. The Club may revoke, modify, or differentiate STM benefits for any reason, and it may do so among all or any portion of STMs.
AUTOMATIC TICKET RENEWAL
With the purchase of a Season Ticket, the STM agrees to enter, and thereby does enter, into an Automatic Renewal Season Ticket Program. Through this Program, each Season Ticket that initially is purchased by the STM automatically will be renewed and purchased by the STM for each season that occurs subsequent to the season for which the initial purchase is made, until such time as the STM chooses to opt-out of the Automatic Renewal Season Ticket Program in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement.
RENEWAL NOTICE. The Club will send a renewal notice to STMs via email at least 30 days prior to the renewal deadline each year. This renewal notice will specify any changes to the price of the Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season as well as any other material changes to Season Ticket benefits. The Club reserves the right to introduce new pricing and benefits before each Season, in phases or at once before the renewal deadline.
OPT-OUT. STMs may opt-out of their obligation to purchase Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season at any time before the renewal deadline immediately preceding the initiation of such Season by providing an opt-out notice to The Club’s Ticketing Department by following the link in the user’s Seatgeek Account Manager and filling out the form. Any STM who timely opts-out of the obligation to purchase Season Tickets for the upcoming Season will terminate their STM status with the club for such upcoming and any subsequent Season and no longer will be enrolled in the Automatic Renewal Season Ticket Program. By timely opting out of the obligation to purchase Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season, STMs will retain their STM status for the remainder of the current Season, and any outstanding or future Season Ticket payments relating to the current Season must be paid by the STM when due. If an opt-out notice is not received by The Club on or before the renewal deadline, the STM’s Season Ticket(s) automatically shall be renewed for the upcoming Season, the STM shall be obligated to purchase such Season Ticket(s) for such upcoming Season, and the purchase price of such Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season shall be due and payable in accordance with the payment plan applicable under the “Payment Plan” section set forth above in this Agreement.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE is outside food & beverage allowed inside of City Stadium, in the parking lots or otherwise on City Stadium grounds. Tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any and all Promotions and Giveaways are subject to change at the sole discretion of management. The Richmond Kickers reserve the right to change the date, starting time, and the location of the professional soccer game on the front of this ticket and no such change shall entitle the STM a refund of the purchase price for this or any other Richmond Kickers ticket. Ticket sales, of any value (including complementary distribution), by non-official Richmond Kickers representatives is strictly prohibited within the confines of City Stadium, its parking lots, or any other Richmond Kickers properties. The STM understands that in connection with their purchase, the STM may receive promotional emails and/or text messages from The Club. The STM understands that they may opt out of promotional messaging at any time. STM consents to the possibility of being photographed and/or filmed for marketing and promotional usage during their experience at City Stadium.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refunds and exchanges ARE PROHIBITED in any circumstance. In the event that a match is postponed or cancelled, STM can exchange tickets to another regular season home match of the same season at equal or lesser value by contacting The Club’s ticket office at tickets@richmondkickers.com. Seating is limited and based on availability.
