RICHMOND, Va. – (Tuesday, October 13, 2020) – USL League One announced on Tuesday that Jonathan Bolanos and Emiliano Terzaghi have been named to USL League One Team of the Week for Week 13. Bolanos earns his first honors of the season while Terzaghi makes his sixth appearance.
Bolanos scored his first two professional goals in the 2-1 win over Orlando City B. The first came 27 minutes into the match as OCB looked to clear the ball. Bolanos got to it first at the top of the box with a rocket to put Richmond up 1-0. In the 43rd minute, he was tackled from behind to draw a penalty. The High Point product stepped up and buried the shot.
Terzaghi continued his scoring ways in last Saturday’s match at North Texas. After Oalex Anderson was brought down in the box in the 60th minute, Terzaghi sent the North Texas keeper the wrong way to net his league-leading 10th goal of the season.
The Kickers are back at City Stadium this Saturday night to host South Georgia Tormenta FC, presented by Elephant Insurance. Gates open up at 5:30 p.m. and kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. Catch the match live on WTVR CBS 6.3 and streaming on ESPN+. There are a limited number of tickets remaining at www.richmondkickers.com/Tickets.
