RICHMOND, Va. – (Tuesday, September 8, 2020) – USL League One announced on Tuesday that Ryley Kraft and Emiliano Terzaghi have been named to the Team of the Week for Week 8. For Kraft, this marks his second straight week on the Team of the Week, while Terzaghi makes his fourth appearance.
Kraft played in the corner kick to find Victor Falck for the game-tying goal in the 2-2 draw at Tucson. The midfielder played both sides of the ball completing 88.9 percent of his 36 passes, plus two blocked shots. This was the fourth match in a row where Kraft recorded either a goal or an assist.
Seeming to take a regular place in the Team of the Week, Terzaghi converted a first half penalty to pull a goal back for Richmond just before halftime of Saturday’s draw at Tucson. The Argentine had four shots and made three key passes as the Kickers salvaged their road point.
The Kickers are back on the road next Saturday, September 12 as they head to the newly constructed CHI Memorial Stadium to face Chattanooga Red Wolves SC. That match will kick off at 1:00 p.m. EDT and will be available live on WTVR CBS 6.3 (Comcast 206, Verizon FiOS 466) and streaming on ESPN+.
