RICHMOND, VA – (Wednesday, February 24, 2016) – The Richmond Kickers are proud to unveil the adidas uniform for the 2016 season. The Kickers will be outfitted in the newly designed kit at the home opener on Saturday, March 26 at City Stadium when they host the Harrisburg City Islanders at 5:00 p.m. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a replica jersey t-shirt, presented by the club’s official front-of-jersey sponsor, Woodfin.

The primary kit highlights the Kickers signature red jersey, shorts and socks. The sleek and lightweight jersey features adizero technology, subtle black accents and traditional adidas three-striping. The red, adidas short, constructed for motion, speed and comfort, paired with red socks will complete the on-field look at City Stadium this season. While on the road, the pro team will return to a custom all-black alternate strip.
The Kickers Official Home Comfort Provider, Woodfin, will return as one of the exclusive partners emblazoned across one of the 29 professional soccer jerseys in the United Soccer League’s top flight. The iconic fleur-de-lis logo and wordmark of Bon Secours, the club’s Official Healthcare Provider, will be showcased on the back of the jersey. New USL-licensed names and numbers and the official USL patch will also be featured.
