RICHMOND, VA – (Monday, March 14, 2011) – The Richmond Kickers are pleased to announce a new, multi-year corporate partnership with nTelos Wireless, the Official Wireless Provider of the Richmond Kickers. The relationship between nTelos and the Kickers will impact the entire organization, highlighted by a significant apparel presence at both the youth and professional levels. nTelos will be the exclusive sponsor of all Kickers recreational soccer jerseys and will be the back-of-jersey sponsor of all Kickers professional jerseys.
“As a Virginia headquartered company, it’s important that we take an active role in the communities we serve,” comments Conrad Hunter, president of nTelos Wireless. “The Kickers partnership is a true ‘win/win’ for all involved. The team represents excellence – both on and off the soccer field – and we are excited to be part of the Kickers’ family. It’s also a great way to showcase our superior value in wireless services as we continue to build our name within the Richmond community where we have more than 11 locations to serve our both new and existing customers.”
“We are delighted to be working with a corporate partner like nTelos,” adds Shelley Sowers, Richmond Kickers General Manager. “As a leading wireless provider, nTelos fits the corporate profile of our existing sponsors as a pioneer in their industry with a strong desire to give back to the community.”
