KICKERS CONCLUDE ROAD STRETCH SATURDAY
The Richmond Kickers travel to Western Mass this Saturday, May 17th for their third and final road game to start the season. The re-match between the Kickers and the Pioneers is scheduled for 7:30 pm at Lusitano Stadium. The Kickers return home to the University of Richmond Stadium one week later to host the Charlotte Eagles on Saturday, May 24th at 7:00 pm.

U.S. U-23 WNT DEFENDER KRZYSIK JOINS DESTINY
The Richmond Kickers Destiny are pleased to announce the addition of U.S. U-23 Women’s National Team defender
Nikki Krzysik, pending USL/USSF approval. The Destiny are also pleased to welcome newcomers Mallory Neff, Maria Owen, Hallie Rogers, and McKenzie Vergara, all pending USL/USSF approval.

ACADEMY SCOUTING NETWORK REACHES ACROSS THE COUNTRY
Among the many spectators watching last night’s local Academy match between
Real Colorado (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) and Colorado Rapids (Commerce City, Colo.), Bobby Muuss was one of the few with an objective view on the local rivalry that saw U-17/18 Real Colorado pick up a 2-0 win over the Rapids. Muuss was on assignment from Development Academy Director of Scouting Dave Sarachan to evaluate the Academy teams and potentially identify the next crop of National Team players.

DESTINY RETURN ELEVEN PLAYERS, WELCOME THREE LOCALS
The Richmond Kickers Destiny (W-League) enter their fifth season and are pleased to announce the return of 11 key players to the 2008 squad including Carter Blair, Sarah Curtis, Kylie Davies, Mary MacKenzie Grier, Lauren Hardison, Sarah Hilt, Chantel Jones, Sarah McAulay, Caitlin Miskel, Michelle Schuler and Amanda Stewart, all pending USL/USSF approval. The Destiny also welcome newcomers Kristin Lescaleet, Molly McKeon and Kathleen Russell, who are former Richmond Strikers youth players, all pending USL/USSF approval. The Destiny open the 2008 season this Sunday, May 18th when they host the Carolina RailHawks.
