For the most up to date information on field closings, please call our Weather Hot line at 804.644.5425; select 2 for the Youth Club, and 2 for the Hot lline. Updated daily, when needed, by 3:30 P.M.
Attention coaches and team managers:
We cannot jeopardize our relationships with the Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, or the City of Richmond by damaging their fields. Please, when fields are closed stay off all playing and grassy areas.
We strongly suggest that Manager’s implement phone tree and e-mail messages to make sure that all players are notified, when fields are closed.
