Dear Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club (RKYSC) Parent/Guardian,
Over the last several years, the RKYSC has grown by leaps and bounds to become one of the most successful youth soccer programs in the Richmond area. Presently the club has over 1500 young men and women learning not only how to play soccer but also other core values such as "Teamwork", "Stewardship" and "Fairness" just to name a few. The success of the RKYSC has not only been due to the dedication of the staff/coaches but more importantly the parents who commit their time and resources to providing their child with this opportunity to learn in the environment that is being created at the RKYSC. The downside of this success has been that the RKYSC Staff has been pushed to their limits to provide timely services for our members.
The staff is in desperate need of individuals who can provide volunteer office help on an occasional basis (weekly or monthly). These individuals would be helping out with team registrations, uniform issues, data entry, answering the phones, preliminary tournament activities, field set up, and other tasks. Most of our previous volunteers admit that they have fun working in the positive and energized environment at our office.

As in any youth club organization we comply to volunteer background checks as directed by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association, US Club Soccer, United States Soccer Federation, USSSA, and area surrounding couties and cities in which we provide coaches. These entities include; Hanover County, City of Richmond, Henrico County, and Chesterfield County. In order to comply with these rules all volunteers must register online with the below link so that we may run volunteer background checks with the additional requirement by Chesterfield County (see below). There are no charges for these background checks.
If you are interested in volunteering for any of our programs that take place in Chesterfield County, you must also comply with their requirements. Their requirements include fingerprinting and background checks that they perform. This process is free of charge.
