The team pre-order form must be received in our office no later than September 28th, 2011 to guarantee completion of the order. All orders must be accompanied with full payment. Checks are to be made payable to RKYSC. Orders may be faxed to 804.591.2680, but will not be processed until payment is received. If you fax it in you must follow up the fax with an email for confirmation that the fax was received. Pre orders will be available for pick up at team check in night on Friday at Martin’s.
