LEVEL: Elite Clubs and Teams ONLY
APPLICATION: Application Deadline February 1, 2010
Tournament Acceptance and Schedule will be posted on Website no later than February 18, 2011. No refunds will be made to clubs or teams withdrawing after official email acceptance.
WHO: You must participate with your 2010/2011 roster. A current medical release form and valid player passes are required. Completed and approved Permission to Travel forms are required for all out of State teams. Note: Region One teams with the exception of New Jersey and Connecticut do not require permission to travel. EXCEPTION: USYS Connecticut and New Jersey teams must provide permission to travel. US Club Soccer teams are not required to have USYS permission to travel forms, but must present proof of insurance (passes and roster).
REGISTRATION (Team Check-In):
All teams may check in at their site Saturday 1.5 hours prior to their first match.
Team Representative must have present at registration:
1. Original and 2 copies of team roster (2010/2011)
2. All player passes (USYSA, US Club Soccer).
3. Permission to Travel forms if required (See rules).
4. Guest players must be written in on the bottom of the copy of your roster, and make 2 copies of that roster for the tournament. Guest players must be carded and eligible according to the rules.
5. Medical release forms for all players. (Your league forms are acceptable.) Medical release forms for each participating player must be presented at team registration . Medical release forms do not have to be notarized.
HOTELS: The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club offer several affordable options for teams and managers seeking hotel accommodation for the weekend. Although we strongly encourage all teams to utilize these resources, clubs and teams may arrange their own accommodation. RKYSC will not be responsible for any fees incurred with Hotels due to unforeseen circumstances.

**You should be aware that should you make your hotel arrangements with Outerzone Sports, the Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club and OuterZone Sports offer the "Act of God" clause. This states "Should this even be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Organizer’s control (including weather), all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants."*Although RKYSC has a "No Refund Policy" for the registration fee, the hotel fees if arranged through OuterZone Sports would be covered if an event was cancelled due to an "Act
CANCELLATION POLICY
The tournament will use its best efforts to schedule a minimum of three (3) games for each team. However, in the event that at least three (3) games cannot be scheduled or played, there shall be no liability upon the tournament and no refund is guaranteed. It is possible because of weather or other issues (such as a late drop out by a team) that at least three (3) games cannot be played.
