* Travel Fees are non-refundable

There is a $15.00 (Fifteen) dollar late fee for all payments received after scheduled payment date.
RKYSC will charge a $30.00 fee for all returned checks!
Payments not received on time could result in the pulling of the player’s pass, making the player ineligible to play league and tournament games.
 
Travel fees do not include: fees for additional tournament(s), indoor training or sessions, Super Y League, cost of tournament travel and anything above and beyond the above list of covered items.
 
THE RKYSC Board of Directors structures fees to ensure a quality community product which aligns itself with our Mission Statement.  The fees cover the following items.
  • Coaches Salaries (Our relationship with the Kickers Pro Club provides us with an unique and invaluable resource for a lot of our Coaches as well it allows us to attract other high quality licensed coaches who want to be part of a high caliber and impacting Club.)
  • Coaches Travel expenses (minimum of 2 “out of town” tournaments per year – additional support provided based on age and level of team)
  • Technical Director Fee
  • Assistant Technical Director Fee
  • Continued Coaching Education (We continually provide resources to our Coaches to improve or enhance their coaching education thereby improving our programs for our children.)
  • Coaches training equipment
  • Additional Skills training (Pool Training, Advanced Skills & Goal Keeper)
  • College Guidance Program
  • Tournament, State Cup, Indoor Soccer allowances (increased allocations range from $2,000 to $3,500 per year, based on age and level of team)
  • League and governing organizational fees (ADSL, VCCL, VSLi, VYSA, US Club Soccer)
  • Background checks on all coaches and volunteers through the Virginia Youth Soccer Association.
  • Insurance Fees
  • On-line registration
  • Referee fees
  • Office operations
  • Field set-up and maintenance fees
  • Scholarship Fund (This fund is specifically setup each year as a resource pool to help our less fortunate children whom want the opportunity to play and grow)
  • Capital Improvement Fund ($15 per season) (This fund is specifically setup for capital improvements such as future fields and/or future office space for the Youth Club as well as emergency equipment acquisitions.)  
  • Pro Pass Membership, which entitles holder access to all Kickers Pro, Future, and Destiny regular season home games.  Plus, take advantage of great sponsor offers from Ukrops and Arby’s.
  • Community based projects (Top Soccer, Positive Coaching Alliance, community outreach programs)
PLAYER UNIFORMS
Player uniform expenses are not included in fees.  Each new to Kickers Travel Program player will be required to purchase the new set of uniforms for this year which will be the Kickers official uniform through the Spring 2009 season.
The cost will be approximately $145 which will include:
  • 2- Adidas Libero jerseys
  • 2- Adidas Aquilla shorts
  • 2 pair of Adidas Copa Edge socks
  • 2- Richmond Kicker Training t-shirts
  • 1 pre-game Liga jersey. 
  • Goal keepers will have the option to purchase the Adidas United jersey or the Trofeo goal keeper jerseys in place of the field player jerseys.

The above uniforms will also be worn by our Pro, W-League (Destiny), and PDL (Future) teams.  These will be the official Kickers uniforms through the spring 2009 season, to include the 2009 SYL season.  Optional outerwear and equipment items will be available at discounted rates.  Payments for uniforms are expected at time the order is placed.
