Richmond Kickers Indoor of the Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL) is pleased to announce that an open tryout will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 3:00 – 5:00 pm at SCOR, Sports Center of Richmond, located at 1385 Overbrook Road in Richmond.  Richmond Kickers Indoor is seeking eligible college seniors, qualified free agents and talented amateur players to compete in the highly competitive 2008-09 season.  Applicants will be invited to participate in an afternoon of intense training and scrimmages.  The application cost is $25.00.

Entering its 10th year, PASL is the largest international indoor/arena soccer league in the world with 54 teams in the United States.  Teams play regionally with the season running November through March.  PASL is an affiliated member of the FIFRA (Federation International Futbal Rapido Association).  The Richmond Kickers have taken over the operations for the existing Richmond indoor soccer franchise, which competed in the PASL during the 2007-08 season.  Richmond Kickers Indoor will consist mostly of Kickers professionals plus select amateur players and will take the field during the 2008-09 season.  Competing in the Mid-Atlantic division, Richmond Kickers Indoor will face regional opponents such as Fredericksburg Generals and Virginia Legacy under the guidance of Head Coach Kyle Lessig.
