Richmond Kickers youth players will make their mark at colleges across the country this fall as the club confirmed nine players have so far committed to college. Meanwhile, numerous other players continue the important process of selecting the institution that compliments their goals and aspirations.
"This is always proud moment for our players, parents and club," said Kickers Academy Director and College Guidance Mentor, Jesse Myers. "We, as a club, have developed a strong tradition in a relatively short time of placing players in collegiate programs. This list is a testament to the Kickers dedication and commitment to developing players for the collegiate game."
Over the last five years, the Richmond Kickers have guided numerous players into the collegiate ranks. The club was the first to integrate specific college guidance process into their club and the program has paid dividends for both players and parents.
