Ukrop Park's state-of-the-art Musco Lighting System was officially activated last week.  The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club Board of Directors were on hand to witness the illuminating spectacle.  By all accounts, they were extremely impressed with the progress of the Kickers new home.  Sportexe is in the final stage of the installation process, distributing the sand and rubber infill into the synthetic turf.  Fields 1 and 2 are scheduled to be completed by the end of the week. 

In addition, the natural grass has been laid on Fields 3, 4, 5 and 6.  With the warm summer nights and an abundance of watering, the natural grass fields will be ready for action prior to the fall season. 

 Other new additions to Ukrop Park include 20-feet netting poles, parking lot lighting, decorative landscaping and perimeter fencing for each individual field.
