Mission
The Friends of Richmond Kickers will work with the Pro Kickers coaches and administration in identifying specific needs of the program, such as improving player talent pool, boosting game attendance and providing a fun, enjoyable environment, which in return enhances the quality of life in Richmond.

Vision
The vision of the Friends of Richmond Kickers is to create a model that allows amateur and pro players to pursue soccer into their young adult years while contributing to their community on and off the field. Players will be mentored by Friends of Richmond Kickers with the goal of providing viable employment opportunities. The Friends of Richmond Kickers will be innovative, visionary business leaders who love soccer and desire to participate in a program that transcends social and economic barriers and brings quality soccer to all.
