The Richmond Kickers Soccer Camps staff is comprised of players from our Professional, Premier Development League (Future) and W-League (Destiny) teams. Many are nationally licensed coaches with extensive playing experience and all serve as role models to our youth community.
Leigh Cowlishaw - Head Coach, Richmond Kickers
Leigh is now in his eighth year as Head Coach of the Richmond Kickers Pro team. An All-American at the University of Richmond, he had a six-year spell with the Kickers as a player. He holds a USSF “A” license and coaches the U12 Boys Elite and U15 Boys Elite teams.
Jesse Myers - Assistant Coach, Richmond Kickers
In addition to serving as Assistant Coach for the Richmond Kickers since 1997, Jesse is also the Head Coach of the Richmond Kickers Destiny of the W-League. He has a USSF “B” License and a NSCAA Premier License and he presently coaches a U-14 Boys Elite team.
Andy McIntosh - Director of Camps; Classic Director
Andy graduated from Loughborough University in England with a BSc in Sports Science and a graduate degree in teaching. He holds a FA “C” License and a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. He has been working with the Richmond Kickers for the past five years and is the Director of Classic teams U-13 through U-18.
Rob Ukrop - Former Professional Player
Scoring the first two goals in the history of the New England Revolution (MLS), Rob is Richmond’s all-time leading scorer and points leader, recently retiring after an 11-year career with the Kickers. He currently coaches a U-13 Girls Elite team.
Mike Burke - Professional Player; Academy Director
After spells with the Charleston Battery (USL1), D.C. United (MLS) and Dallas Burn (MLS), Mike has now played close to 200 games with the Richmond Kickers. He is the director of the Kickers Academy Program, overseeing the entire U-9 through U-12 age groups.
Ronnie Pascale - Goalkeeper, Professional Player
Entering his sixth season as starting goalkeeper with the Richmond Kickers, Ronnie is heavily involved with the Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club and is the Goalkeeper Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University.
